These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the okttt platform, including all games, account features, promotions, and payment services. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Important Notice: By accessing the okttt platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the okttt platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and okttt ("the Company").
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the okttt Platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between the Player and the Company. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, the Player unconditionally accepts these Terms.
2.2 These Terms are supplemented by the okttt Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between the Player and okttt.
2.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at okttt.co/terms-conditions. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Plain language summary: Using the okttt Platform means you agree to these rules. If you don't agree, the right thing to do is close your account before placing any bets.
3.1 Age Requirement. The okttt Platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR and represents a firm legal requirement, not a soft guideline. Any Player who provides false information about their age commits a material breach of these Terms and will have their account permanently closed with all funds forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The okttt Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining the legality of such access under their local laws.
3.3 Registration Requirements. To create an Account, the Player must:
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered Account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or unintentionally, are subject to immediate suspension. The Company reserves the right to merge, close, or void any duplicate accounts and associated balances without prior notice.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, SSS UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID). Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification. Accepted forms of ID include:
4.1 Account Security. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. okttt will never ask for your password via any communication channel. The Player must notify okttt immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to their Account.
4.2 Accurate Information. The Player must keep all Account information current and accurate. The Company may request updated documentation at any time and may restrict Account functions pending verification of updated information.
4.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of PHP 200 to dormant account balances, provided that such fee shall not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a successful verification step.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the okttt support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, the Company will process any remaining verified balance to the Player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okttt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, Bitcoin, and USDT (TRC20). The Company reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, and InstaPay are typically credited to the Player's account balance within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment authorisation. Bank transfers may take up to thirty (30) minutes during peak periods. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of blockchain confirmations as specified on the deposit screen.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are processed as follows:
5.4 Minimum & Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 for e-wallet withdrawals. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by the Player's VIP tier as published in the VIP program schedule. The Company reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawals above certain thresholds.
5.5 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The Company reserves the right to require additional verification before approving a withdrawal to a payment method different from the deposit source.
5.6 No Fees from okttt. The Company does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which okttt has no control.
Anti-Money Laundering: okttt is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to monitoring. The Company may delay, hold, or decline any transaction that triggers AML review obligations without prior notice to the Player. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering activity.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by okttt are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering," all Bonus Funds awarded to a Player's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is twenty-five (25) times the bonus amount.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. The following contribution rates apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not fully wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue will expire and be permanently removed from the Player's account without compensation. The expiry period for specific promotions may differ and will be stated in the promotion details.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. The Company monitors wagering patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting system errors or loopholes; and coordinating with other accounts to trigger bonuses improperly. okttt reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.
6.6 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. The welcome deposit bonus is available to new Players making their first real-money deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. Employees of okttt and their immediate family members are not eligible for any bonuses.
7.1 Game Outcomes. All casino games offered on the okttt Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers. Live casino games use physical cards, dice, and wheels operated by real human dealers in certified studio environments. okttt does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.2 Bet Confirmation. A wager is confirmed and binding when the relevant game interface displays confirmation of the bet placement. Wagers placed during a disconnection prior to confirmation may not be honoured. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before placing bets.
7.3 Malfunction Voids. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects game integrity, okttt reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund the original stake amounts to the Player's account balance. No winnings arising from a demonstrable malfunction will be paid.
7.4 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results published by the relevant governing body. In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or cancelled event, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules published in the okttt sportsbook section. okttt's decision on the settlement of ambiguous or disputed outcomes is final.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okttt Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
9.1 All content on the okttt Platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of okttt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from the Company.
9.3 The okttt name, logo, and associated brand elements may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without the express written authorisation of the Company.
10.1 The Company's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data is governed by the okttt Privacy Policy, which complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
10.2 By registering an Account, the Player consents to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
10.3 okttt will never sell Player personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without explicit consent. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
11.1 Age Restriction. The okttt Platform is available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is both a PAGCOR regulatory requirement and a core ethical commitment of the Company. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
11.2 Self-Regulation Tools. okttt provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, accessible directly from the Account dashboard without requiring a support request:

Important: Once a self-exclusion is activated on an okttt account, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded are prohibited from attempting to create new accounts to circumvent the exclusion. Any account created in violation of an active self-exclusion will be closed and all balances forfeited.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okttt's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: (a) service interruptions or downtime; (b) game malfunctions or technical errors; (c) unauthorised access to the Player's Account due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security; (d) Player decisions to continue gambling despite the availability of self-restriction tools; or (e) delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okttt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components, although the Company takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform security and availability.
13.1 Company-Initiated Suspension. okttt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspicious wagering patterns; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or on the instruction of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, the Player's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds in the account will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to the Company.
13.3 Player-Requested Closure. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the okttt support team. The request will be processed within two (2) business days. Closure does not absolve the Player of any obligations incurred prior to the closure request.
14.1 Internal Resolution. Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from the use of the okttt Platform should first be submitted to the Company's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. okttt commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and providing a full written response within five (5) business days.
14.2 Escalation. If a Player is not satisfied with the Company's resolution of a dispute, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with PAGCOR complaint procedures. The Company will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
14.3 Finality of Game Results. Game outcomes recorded by the Company's servers are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the data displayed on the Player's device and the data recorded on the Company's servers, the server record shall prevail.
15.1 okttt reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by regulatory instruction.
15.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever changes are made. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If a Player objects to any amended Terms, their sole remedy is to close their Account before the amendment's effective date in accordance with Section 13.3.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 The Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
16.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and okttt with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
